Terms & Conditions
1. Validity
The terms and conditions apply to all business between crossprint.ch, represented by CrossPrint AG, and its customers. All our services are subject fully to these terms, unless they are expressly modified or supplemented by written agreements.
2. Prices
Our prices are based on the current price list at the time the order is placed, including 8 % VAT, plus shipping costs (9.95 CHF for standard or 14.95 CHF for priority). All prices are stated both inclusive and exclusive of VAT. There are no extra charges for the various methods of payment.
3. Payment terms
You can choose from five different payment options:
Credit cards
You can pay with credit cards from MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Postcard. Your credit card will be charged after the goods have been shipped. The payment transfer via Saferpay is encrypted and meets the highest security standards (PCI DSS certified product). We use 3-D Secure technology for enhanced security.
Invoice
The items will be delivered to you on account. The goods remain the property of CrossPrint AG until the invoice is fully paid.
Payment on account is only possible for customers over 18 years. Home/business address and billing address must be identical and within Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
For payment on account, we reserve the right to make a credit check at our partner for economic information and debt collection, Creditreform. If the credit rating of the consumer is not provided or no information about the credit will be available, we are entitled to refuse the customer payment on account and to point to alternative payment options.
Payment for invoices is 10 days. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, you get a reminder. Should we be forced to a 2nd payment reminder, a reminder fee of 20 CHF and accrued debt interest of 5% are charged.
Paypal
Pay easy, safe and free with the online payment service PayPal. For PayPal payments, you will be redirected to PayPal for you to log in and finish your order with a few clicks. You pay with your e-mail address and password and confirm the purchase on crossprint.ch.
E-Banking (PostFinance yellowpay)
Pay easy, safe and free via e-banking with PostFinance yellowpay. For PostFinance payments, you will be redirected via Saferpay to your PostFinance page, so that you can log in and finish your order with a few clicks and confirm the purchase on crossprint.ch.
Payment in advance
If you want to order via bank transfer, please send your order to info@crossprint.ch and transfer the order total including the shipping costs to:

Please include your order number, which you will receive on your order confirmation, as a reference. Your order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
4. Data security and fraud protection
To ensure the security of data and as a protection against fraud, we protect your information during transmission with the highest security standards (SSL). Your credit card number and personal information is protected by Saferpay and not disclosed to third parties. CrossPrint never stores the information you give us. The credit card holder is liable for unauthorized use of the card.
5. Your order
You will always receive an e-mail to confirm your order. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please contact us, as is most likely that an error occurred during the ordering process.
6. Delivery and availability
We deliver our goods with the Swiss Post and in some cases with DPD to all addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders placed before 4.30pm (Fridays before 3.30pm) are processed the same day and are delivered the next business day (Priority) or within 1-2 business days (standard). If an ordered product is temporarily order not available, the product will be supplied later free at no additional shipping cost. In rare cases it happens that a product is no longer in stock, before we could update the stock status. In this case you will be contacted by phone or by e-mail.
Additional costs due to unjustified refusal of goods delivered by us and postage costs for returned items due to an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.
7. Shipping costs
For standard deliveries we charge 9.95 CHF, for priority deliveries 14.95 CHF. On request we also provide express and Saturday deliveries (shipping costs 39.95 CHF). There are no extra charges for the different payment methods nor for deliveries with low order values.
8. Guarantee and returned goods
Our return and warranty ensures that you can return your product within 30 days in the original packaging, should the product be faulty. We will replace them free of charge or refund them. Your warranty is valid for both original and compatible cartridges. The warranty does not apply to goods ordered incorrectly, or consumables for printer devices that have been obtained outside of Europe.
Ordered products free from defects can only be returned in unopened original packaging and perfect condition.
IMPORTANT: Before returning a product, please contact our Customer Service (support@crossprint.ch or 041 630 49 39, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Thus, we can ensure a smooth processing of returns and avoid additional costs.
9. Product shots
Our products are shown for illustrative purposes only and may in rare cases deviate from the original products.
10. Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction for all claims in connection with your order is the district court in Stans in the canton of Nidwalden. The purchaser expressly declares that he applies to waiving his normal place of residence as agreed upon this jurisdiction.
11. Disclaimer
CrossPrint AG disclaims all liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind which may in connection with access to or use of CrossPrint’s websites, or parts thereof, or arising from links to other websites. The visit of CrossPrint’s websites that use of the information contained therein and the use of services happens at their own risk and responsibility.
